1. Scope & Core Purpose

menwig.com is an independent AI application designed specifically for men experiencing hair thinning, receding hairlines, and hair loss. Our service provides realistic digital previews of non-surgical hair toppers, toupees, and lace hairpieces to assist customers in selecting and customizing hair replacement products.

We are committed to ethical AI practices, privacy protection, and global consumer safety compliance.

2. AI Technology Transparency & Disclosure

In compliance with AI product transparency and disclosure standards:

• Underlying AI Model Disclosure: In accordance with ethical AI transparency standards and payment network rules, our Service utilizes industry-standard generative AI models including Flux to synthesize realistic hair textures and natural hairline coverage while preserving authentic facial geometry. menwig.com operates as an independent digital platform.
• Processing Scope: Image generation is strictly confined to the scalp, hairline, and hair volume regions of uploaded portraits. Facial features, identity markers, clothing, and background are preserved without distortion.
• AI Labeling: All generated try-on imagery constitutes an artificial simulation and should be treated as an informational visual reference for hair replacement selection.

3. Real Person Photo Uploads & Consent

When uploading portraits to our try-on tool:

1. Self-Ownership & Authorization: You must only upload photographs of yourself, or of individuals who have explicitly authorized you in writing to use their likeness for this purpose.
2. Minors: Uploading portraits of minors under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited under our child protection guidelines.
3. Third-Party Rights: Uploading photos of third parties without consent, including public figures, celebrities, or individuals sourced from social media or stock libraries, is strictly forbidden.

4. Zero Deepfake & Anti-Abuse Commitment

menwig.com does NOT provide, support, or permit any deepfake technologies:

Any attempt to exploit our hairstyle modification tool to simulate unauthorized likenesses or deceptive depictions is a severe violation resulting in immediate account termination.

6. Intellectual Property Infringement: Uploading copyrighted imagery or attempting to counterfeit protected trademarks without authorization.

• Post-Generation Verification: Rendered outputs are verified before delivery to the user's browser.
• Violation Consequences: Violating prompts or uploads trigger immediate cancellation of the generation task, forfeiture of associated credits, and potential permanent suspension of access.

7. Reporting & Incident Response
